General Terms and Conditions (Attendees)

 

1. Agreement to Terms

    •    By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Genesis Card Show (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.

    •    These terms are binding upon all attendees, including ticket holders and guests.

 

2. Admission

    •    Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or credential issued by event organizers.

    •    All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

3. Behavior and Conduct

    •    Attendees must treat vendors, staff, and fellow guests with respect.

    •    Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

 

4. Safety and Security

    •    The possession of weapons, illegal substances, or unauthorized items is strictly prohibited.

    •    Any attendee acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner will be escorted from the premises at the discretion of event security.

 

5. Photography and Media

    •    By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

    •    Commercial filming or photography must be pre-approved by event organizers.

 

6. Liability Waiver

    •    Genesis Card Show and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during the event.

    •    Attendance is at your own risk.

 

7. Refund Policy

    •    All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued unless the event is canceled in full by the organizers.
